Valley of Fire

 I painted the canvas, blue, orange, and green.  Then I cut up magazine pages and glued them to the canvas.  I painted over the pieces with acrylic paint.  Then I drew a border around the cactuses with black inc.  I sprayed it with a glossy acrylic sealer to make it shiny.

Sunset Beach

My brother's family used to have a beach house on Sunset Beach, this was the view from their front porch of the beach and sky.  I miss California terribly during Covid.  I miss walks on the beach with my then two year old niece as she would chase the seagulls and dig into the sand using her shovel.

9/11 Exhibit

I went to see the traveling 9/11 exhibit at the Newgate Mall.  It was built by a Dutch teenager as a replica of the World Trade Center before the attack in 2001.  It has been traveling the country for the 20th anniversary of the attacks.
