On Saturday, we ate breakfast at Denny's and I tried the pumpkin pancakes.  We drove to Miami and boarded the Carnival Breeze.  We were in port with Carnival Glory, MSC Divina, Norwegian Pearl, and Norwegian Getaway.  We stayed in cabin 7297.  We ate lunch at Southern Comfort.  We went to the muster drill.  We watched the sail away.  We ate dinner in the Blush dining room at a table for 11 people.  I had the tropical fruit, sweet and sour shrimp, and the black forest cake.  We went to the Welcome Aboard/ Motor City show.  We unpacked our suitcases.

Sunday was our first day at sea. I decorated our cabin for Halloween. We ate breakfast in the Lido Marketplace.  We went to the Fun Ashore/Fun Aboard talk with our cruise director, Wee Jimmy.  We ate lunch at Fat Jimmy's Sea Side BBQ.  We went upstairs to the lido and had peach cobbler for dessert.  It was our first formal night.  We got photos taken in our dress clothes.  We ate dinner at our table.  I had a Greek salad, strawberry bisque, prime rib, and cherries jubilee.  We went to the Divas shows and I got a banana split smoothie.  We came back to our room and we got a free toiletry bag from Carnival.
