Hyrum State Park

On Wednesday, we took the RV and drove up to Hyrum State Park.   We had to wait for the previous occupants to pack up their trailer and leave before we could use our spot.   The water was much higher than last year.  Dad cooked steaks for dinner.  We drove past the Thatcher house in Logan, near main street, where our ancestors lived.  We went and got some ice cream at A and W. Moths kept bothering me in the night.

On Thursday,  Dad went fishing but didn't catch anything.   There was a man using a water jet pack on his back.  We drove to Clarkston to see Martin Harris's grave.  This cemetery is where they also hold the Martin Harris Pageant.  We ate lunch at Firehouse Subs.  We ate dinner at the historic Bluebird Cafe in Logan.  We drove around the Logan LDS Temple.  We drove past a fenced in yard with two buffalo.  When we got back, there were a bunch of cops and an ambulance near the boat launch.  We don't know what happened.

Today, we drove home.
