The Kildear birds came back and they have laid 4 eggs in the pit of our tree in our backyard just like they did last year. Shadow chased one bird who flew in and then he realized what it was and ran back to the deck scared, which was really funny. Dad was out there trying to chase them away when he got home. By Friday, the eggs were gone so they must have hatched.
On Tuesday, Mom and I went to lunch at Marie Callendar's with a woman in our ward, named Amber. It was fun getting to know her better. Tuesday was also the end of tax season, so Dad is done for the season, with the exception of the people who extended.
On Wednesday, I watched the movie, Dream House.
On Thursday, Dad went with Mom to the Centerville Library to attend an MS Support Group. There were 6 people at the meeting. They went and had Chinese food at Pei Wei in Bountiful before it started.
Friday was the 13th anniversary of the Columbine shootings. I was a junior in high school when it happened and I remembered not wanting to go to school the next day for fear someone would try and copy the shooters locally. It is always terrible to see or hear about kids wanting to kill the other kids at their school because of the bullying and pain they have gone through. We went to Kohl's, because Mom had coupons. They have remodeled the store in Clinton, adding chairs, shelves, curtains, and lamps.
On Saturday, We went to the Old Spaghetti Factory at Trolley Square in SLC for dinner. Afterwards we went to the Sunflower Farmer's Market and got some fruit to dehydrate. We went to the Kohl's in Layton because Dad needed some dress shirts. When we came home, we watched the movie, Puss in Boots.
Sunday was Earth Day. I watched the movie, The Towering Inferno. Sara's parents (Ryan's future in-laws), who are a mission in Calgary, called to chat with my parents about the engaged couple. They talked for about an half an hour.
